While he takes pride in the grounds and the beauty of the landscape, you’re just as likely to find him sharing a conversation with the bride’s father, greeting guests, or making sure everyone feels right at home.

He believes weddings are about more than beautiful settings. That they’re about people, connection, and the beginning of a meaningful life together.

Raised on a farm in neighboring Madison County, Pam understands the land, the people, and the quiet magic that makes a mountain wedding feel like home.

During the week, Pam puts her organizational brain to work as a consultant and operations director. On wedding weekends, she finds joy in putting those same skills to use for you by taking charge of timelines, organizing your people, and managing the moving pieces.

From helping shape the Emerald Ridge brand from the beginning to guiding couples through their wedding weekend, Pam ‘s focus is always the same: take care of the details so couples can be present in the moments that matter.

Bri knows firsthand just how much happens behind the scenes to make your special day feel effortless.

Bri helps bring each celebration to life through event setup and day-of execution. She has a natural gift for checking in on people, stepping in where needed, and helping keep the timeline moving in the right direction.

As an assistant coordinator, Bri works alongside the team to help manage the details and support the wedding party so the day flows smoothly. Her familiarity with Emerald Ridge, creative eye, and genuine care for people make her especially good at seeing both sides of a wedding day: the details that need to happen and the people who should be enjoying them.

Equal parts planner, problem solver, and creative, Rima is the person who will absolutely make a plan for the plan. With years of wedding coordination experience and a full-time career as a data engineer, she brings a rare combination of organization, attention to detail, creativity, and calm problem-solving to every celebration.

A Western North Carolina girl at heart, Rima is happiest in the mountains whether she’s coordinating a wedding, hiking a trail, camping somewhere off the beaten path, or dreaming up her next creative project. She loves design, décor, stationery, and all the little details that make an event feel thoughtful and personal. Rima’s “figure it out” approach makes her a natural on wedding days: anticipate details, solve problems, keep the plan moving and most importantly, ensure the couple enjoys every moment.
