Our One-Day Wedding Package offers an unforgettable 14-hour experience filled with all the amenities you need for a perfect celebration. From stunning ceremony locations to a beautifully appointed reception area, we provide everything to make your day special. Let us help you create lasting memories as you celebrate your love!

  • 9 am -2 pm: All the excitement of your "big day" with your closest friends and family in the modern farmhouse. Sit back and enjoy hair and make up on site, getting ready photos and a brunch or light luncheon while Emerald Ridge Farm staff handles set up for your wedding. . 

    2-4:30 pm: Pre-ceremony photos, first look, private vows and those final "getting ready" moments. Pre-ceremony cocktails for arriving guests. Walk to join the love of your life!

    4:30 to 6 pm: Ceremony, post ceremony photos and a fun cocktail hour with congratulations from all your friends and family.

    6 pm - 10 pm: Reception  - Grand entrance, Dinner, Speeches and Dancing / Socializing with those you hold dear. Enjoy every moment of one of the most important days in your life. 

    10:00 - 11 pm: Last dance, Grand Exit. Good byes and departure by all guests and vendors. Emerald Ridge Farm handles the clean up for your wedding. 

  • Once on property you are allowed full access to every area to celebrate your big or small moments. This includes our 200 year old Scarlet Red Oak Tree Ceremony site, Modern Farmhouse, large Deck with pasture and mountain views, large Pavilion (new 2025), Red Barn Event space (50 mile pasture and mountain views +  beautiful sunsets) and 75 space parking lot.

    M-Th dates in October 2026 for $12,950.

    Available 2026 Saturday wedding dates are April 4, 11, 18, June 27, July 11, 18, 25, August 8, 15. for $11,950.

    $9,950- $10,950 for M-Th dates April-Mid August excluding holidays.

What is Included?

We pride ourselves on offering everything you would need to have a beautiful wedding celebration all day. 2026 Prices Includes Extended Setup and Cleanup

  • Large pavilion (new 2025). Typically used for Ceremony back up "rain plan" and beautiful spot for cocktails or reception. 

    Cocktail deck + Small Pavilion. Typically used for  smaller ceremonies, guest welcome area and pre-ceremony cocktails. 

    Two Ceremony sites - 200 year old Scarlet Red Oak Ceremony Tree or Cocktail Deck overlooking pasture and mountains.

    Rustic red barn event space  - Typically used for Receptions. With 50 mile mountain views and a backdrop of beautiful sunsets. 

    Parking  - 75 parking spots. We can easily accommodate full size busses, RV's, tear drop trailers and all types of vehicles.

  • For couples and families who want a complete hands off approach to wedding day setup and cleanup. Supplements basic setup and cleanup included with every package

  • *Event liability insurance ($130 and up).  

    *Fees for dogs - $75 per dog for the day, Max 3 dogs.

    * Ceremony rehearsal time the day before your wedding

    * NC ABC Special Occasion Permit (abt $50) if liqueur based cocktails are served. No permit required for beer and wine.

    * Fees for vendors / food / drinks you select (examples catering, photography, music, floral, bartending etc). Drinks and ice.

    Full service bartenders. This includes stacking coolers, full night at bar, helping with quantity orders, grocery lists, and coordinating calls with bride and groom.
