Why you shouldn’t rush your big day

The No Rush Weekend Package is designed to provide couples with an extended, stress-free wedding planning and celebration experience. This package allows for a three-day event, giving ample time for set-up, the ceremony, and post-wedding celebrations without the pressure of a tight schedule.

  • Friday: Noon arrival. Time to unload, get settled, gather close family and friends for Ceremony Rehearsal + enjoy Rehearsal Dinner and/ or Welcome Social. No bartender required. Includes Tables, chairs, coffee urn, Bluetooth speakers, wireless mic, beverage dispensers, corn hole, food platters, dinner items for 50, firepit w/ wood and more!

    Saturday: Getting ready on site, easy brunch or luncheon, pre-ceremony pictures, Ceremony, Cocktails, Reception + Reception "after party" under the stars and by the firepit. Stay up as late as you desire to extend the joy! See "what's included" below.

    Sunday: Morning brunch before departure if planning a good-bye gathering. 11 am checkout with cleaning fee already included.

  • Once on property you are allowed full access to every area to celebrate your big or small moments. This includes our 200 year old Scarlet Red Oak Tree Ceremony site, Modern Farmhouse, large Deck with pasture and mountain views, large Pavilion (new 2025), Red Barn Event space (50 mile pasture and mountain views +  beautiful sunsets) and 75 space parking lot. 

    Property is handicap accessible with no steps to access chic rustic barn, large pavilion, huge deck and ceremony locations . Half step up to enter main areas of house. Two handicap accessible bathrooms.

  • *Event liability insurance ($130 and up).  

    *Fees for dogs - $75 per dog for the day, Max 3 dogs.

    * NC ABC Special Occasion Permit (abt $50) if liqueur based cocktails are served. No permit required for beer and wine.

    * Fees for vendors / food / drinks you select (examples catering, photography, music, floral, bartending etc). Drinks and ice.

    Licensed Bartenders. This includes stacking coolers, full night at bar, helping with quantity orders, grocery lists, and coordinating calls with bride and groom. Consultation included for your event.
